1. Information We Collect
To provide the file transfer functionality of the App, we may need to collect and use the following information:
1.1 Device Information
To identify and display devices within the local network, we read the following device information:
- Device Name/Model: Used to display device identity in the pairing list, helping you identify the target device for file transfer.
- Device Type: To distinguish between mobile devices (phones/tablets) and desktop devices (computers) for interface optimization.
- Operating System Version: Used to adapt permission requests for different systems (e.g., Android SDK versions).
1.2 Network Information
To enable local network file transfer, we need to obtain the following network information:
- Local IP Address: Used to establish peer-to-peer connections between devices within the local network.
- Network Connection Status: Used to detect Wi-Fi connection changes to ensure the transfer function works correctly.
1.3 User-Generated Data
- Device Alias: You can customize the device name, which is stored locally only.
- Paired Device Information: Identity information of paired devices, stored locally on your device only.
- Transfer History: Records of received files, stored locally for your review.
- App Preferences: Settings such as save path and language, stored locally only.
Important Note: All the above information is processed and stored locally only and will not be uploaded to any cloud servers. The files you transfer are transmitted point-to-point within the local network; we cannot access, view, or store any files you transfer.
2. Permissions
To ensure the normal operation of the App, we request the following system permissions. We promise to request permissions only when necessary and use them solely for the corresponding functions:

Note: Clipboard content is read only when you actively choose to send text or use the "Clipboard" feature. The read text is used only for the current local network transfer, is not uploaded to our servers, and is not stored locally long-term.
You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your system settings. Revoking permissions may prevent related functions from working properly but will not affect the use of other functions.
3. Use of Information
The information we collect is strictly used for the following purposes:
- Providing core file transfer functionality
- Identifying and connecting devices within the local network
- Displaying device names for you to select transfer targets
- Saving and managing your app preferences
- Recording transfer history for your reference
We do not use your information for advertising, user profiling, big data analysis, or any commercial purposes.
4. Storage and Security
4.1 Storage Method
The App uses a purely local storage model. All data (including settings, pairing info, transfer history) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any remote servers. Files are transferred directly point-to-point over the local network without passing through our servers.
4.2 Security Measures
- File transfers use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Device pairing uses secure fingerprint verification mechanisms
- Local data storage uses system-level security protection
4.3 Retention Period
Locally stored data is retained until you manually clear app data or uninstall the App. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be automatically deleted by the system.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We promise:
- Not to sell any of your personal information
- Not to share your information with any third parties
- Not to upload your data to cloud servers
- Not to track your usage behavior
Unless required by law or with your explicit consent, we will not disclose your information to any third party. We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:
- To comply with laws, regulations, or mandatory requirements from government authorities
- When necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests, property, or safety of our users, employees, or the public
6. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. However, please note that your use of the App may still be subject to data collection by:
- Device Operating Systems (e.g., Android, iOS, macOS, Windows)
- App Stores (e.g., App Store, Google Play)
- Device Manufacturers
We are not responsible for the data collection practices of these third parties. We recommend you review their respective privacy policies.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is primarily intended for adult users. If you are a minor, please read this Privacy Policy under the guidance of your guardian and use the App only with your guardian's consent.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a guardian discovers that we have collected personal information from a minor without consent, please contact us, and we will delete the relevant information promptly.

- Deletion: You can delete paired device records, transfer history, or delete all local data by uninstalling the App.

- Data Portability: App data is stored locally on your device, and you have direct access to it.
9. Updates to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will notify you through in-app notifications or other appropriate means.
Continuing to use the App after the policy update indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the revised policy, please discontinue use of the App.
